Purpose and Objectives of Role

To provide administrative and clerical support to the apprenticeship Delivery Management Team (DMT) to support programme delivery service and to support and maintain SEN apprentices on programme

Specific duties of the role

  • First point of contact for any inbound calls received to the DMT extension.
  • Communication with Apprentices to efficiently arrange and schedule in SEN support calls and manage the associated paperwork.
  • General admin support for DMT to ensure tasks are completed timely.
  • Monitor DMT shared inbox on scheduled day.
  • Welfare -To support the team with making welfare calls when required and to assist with any welfare issues received via inbound calls.

All staff will be provided training on induction and throughout their employment regarding Safeguarding and Prevent. As a staff member you will be expected to learn the procedures to handle/ report case of this nature and how to take the appropriate action. We will also enroll you to a SEN support training course to gain the required qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
