SEN TA - Autism Specialist
Hays Education is excited to support a primary SEN school in Salford in their search for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant. This school is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students thrive academically and socially.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with:
- Relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications.
- Experience working with children with Autism.
- A good level of understanding of special needs conditions.
- Empathy and exceptional behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- A full DBS or willingness to obtain one.
