Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism, helping them engage in learning and social activities.
• Assist the class teacher in managing challenging behaviour with patience and empathy.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all students.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to meet individual pupil needs.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Autism and/or challenging behaviour (desirable).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are a plus.
