Dunbar Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wolverhampton, who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team after May half term.
Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Student: A primary-aged child with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Support Needs: Communication support, behaviour management, and structured daily routines
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly SLD and Autism
A patient, nurturing and consistent approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to supporting inclusion and promoting positive outcomes
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
A supportive and experienced SEN team
