Position: SEN Teacher (QTS/QTLS)

Location: Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver personalized education plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student development.
• Utilize effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
• Implement Attention Autism strategies and other specialised teaching methods.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Attention Autism.
• Proficiency in Team Teach and other de-escalation techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering student growth and independence.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Experience in SEN education is preferred, but we welcome applications from mainstream teachers. Comprehensive training will be provided.
