Role and Responsibilities

The right candidate will work with young people and children with a range of Special Educational Needs: SEMH, SLD, Autism, and ADHD. The school seeks a confident, creative, and behaviour mentor who can build positive learning relationships with young people.

  • Previous experience working in schools with SEN pupils
  • Patient, passionate, and professional
  • Deliver lessons across a range of classes
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to students with challenging behaviour
  • Confident, punctual, and eager
  • Plan lessons in the P Scales curriculum
  • Effectively manage behaviour and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils
  • Available to start as soon as possible
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
