Are you a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Brent? We are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join our Oftsed rated OUTSTANDING SEN school starting this September. Candidates must have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, deliver, and assess individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN, especially those with autism.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and interventions to support students' learning and development.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide comprehensive support for students.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.
- Stay current with developments in SEN education and integrate new knowledge into teaching practice.

**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism.
- Strong knowledge of SEN best practices and teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
