Reed Education are representing an independent SEN School, which is a vibrant and inclusive educational institution dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences for all students. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff and parents.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Liaise with external agencies and professionals as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
