Role Overview:
As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs. You’ll develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual requirements, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver SEN-focused lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Experience working with students with SEN (preferred).
