Special Needs Teacher Required for SEND school
Location: Twickenham OR Richmond

Join a dedicated team at a Special School in Twickenham where we are committed to providing exceptional Teachers and support staff. They are currently looking to recruit a passionate SEND Teacher who is committed to promoting student development providing exceptional support for students between the ages of 4 - 19 with severe and complex learning difficulties including those with an additional diagnosis of autism and/or physical/sensory disabilities. Our school community is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs and abilities of students with SEN
- Implement differentiated instruction strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student learning and growth.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as needed to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements, attendance, and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on student progress and collaborate on intervention strategies.
