Job Description:

Aspire People are proud to exclusively represent several schools in Northamptonshire, seeking dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.
Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Classroom Management: Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each student.
Assessment and Reporting: Regularly assess students' progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.
SEN Experience: Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN legislation, safeguarding procedures, and inclusive education practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion and Dedication: A genuine commitment to enhancing the educational experiences and outcomes of students with SEN.
