Your Role:
We're looking for a full-time SEN Teacher to create tailored, engaging lessons for students with Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties, and more. You'll play a vital role in helping them reach their potential, using adaptive strategies and nurturing relationships to foster success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and individualised lessons based on P Scales
- Support students with complex learning needs in a calm and caring way
- Maintain a structured and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Assist with personal care needs when required
What You Need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience working with SEN students in UK schools
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Availability for full-time work (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
