Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Newham, Outstanding Primary School

Remedy Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' primary school in Newham. This is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with students, helping them achieve their full potential.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEP).
  • Assist with the development of social skills and positive behaviour.
  • Encourage independence and confidence in learning.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
