Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Special Educational Needs (SEN) students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SEN students in their learning and development, both academically and socially.
  • Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials and learning activities for SEN students.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the students.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience.
