Academics is partnering with fantastic SEN schools across Kent, seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistants with a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs. These specialist schools are looking for a passionate teaching assistant to work with pupils in KS1 & KS2 with MLD, ASD, and complex needs. Successful Candidates will:

  • Have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS (Academics can assist you with this)
  • Have experience working as a teaching assistant or equivalent
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience working 1:1 with students
  • Have experience working with SEN

Previous experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties is desirable.
