Salary: £95 - £105 per day

Contract Type: Long Term

Working Hours: 08:30am to 03:45pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Individualised Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN.
  • IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Inclusive Environment: Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Holistic Development: Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Classroom Management: Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
