About the school:

This mainstream primary school in Lewisham is dedicated to the wellbeing and development of all its pupils. Collaborating with various agencies and the community, the school offers additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). They now require an caring and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join.

About the child:

The pupil is a 10-year-old girl with ASD who has been with the school for about a year. She is described as kind, inquisitive, and artistic, with a love for music, animals, and drawing. We are now looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with her, providing both educational care.

About you:

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support her daily learning in the classroom and assist with personal care routines. This role is perfect for someone with a Level 3 Childcare or Teaching qualification or a graduate who is passionate about SEN.
