  • Work closely with SEN students, providing dedicated support in their learning and development.
  • Assist in implementing tailored strategies and interventions to meet individual needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCO to create and deliver personalised learning plans.
  • Utilise your skills and experience to engage students and encourage their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and support to enhance their educational journey.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of resources and activities within the SEN provision.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to student support and progress tracking.
