• A keen interest in working in childcare and having a positive impact on childrens well being.
• Comfortable working with children with different SEND including Autism.
• Ability to adapt to different learning abilities.
• Happy to be flexible and support the school in several areas where appropriate.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Contribute effectively to the overall success of the school.
