• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties

• Working one-to-one or in small groups to provide tailored support

• Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom tasks

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school, care, or youth setting)

• A calm, patient, and flexible approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
