Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Daily Rate: £90 - £100 per day (PAYE)

Location: Chelmsford

Start Date: September

Type of role: Full time and Long time

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and potentially more.

Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff to ensure every child feels supported and included.

Adapt your approach to meet individual needs, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role supporting children with SEN is essential.

A positive, proactive and empathetic attitude that inspires confidence in students.

Flexibility and resilience to adapt to different settings and individual requirements.

A commitment to promoting inclusion and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
