Your role will include:
Providing tailored support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom
Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs to help them regulate emotions and stay engaged in learning
Building positive relationships and offering consistent, empathetic support
Helping to create a safe, structured and encouraging learning environment

Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH or behaviour needs
Is calm, patient, and reliable, with excellent communication skills
Can work effectively as part of a team and show initiative when needed
