Look no further! GSL Education are currently recruiting a number of compassionate and experienced SEND Admins to join our outstanding client schools in Hayes, Start commencing from September 2024.

As a SEND Admin, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students with SEND to achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate records of students with SEND
• Coordinating individualized support plans and interventions
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and provision of support
• Assisting in the assessment and identification of students with SEND
• Monitoring the progress of students and providing regular feedback to the SEND Coordinator
• Supporting teachers in implementing appropriate accommodations and strategies in the classroom

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role, preferably within a Secondary School
• Sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and their families

You must be in possession of an enhanced child only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
