One of our great secondary schools specialising in autism is looking for an experienced Inclusion Leader to start in September. This school is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment where students thrive, making this a great opportunity for those looking to work within an inclusive SEND environment work at Middle Leadership level.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Leader to lead on Behaviour and Attitudes or Personal Development. You will drive strategies to support positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and the personal growth of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Lead on behaviour management initiatives and provide guidance to staff.
  • Monitor and report on behavioural trends and outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee programs for students' personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Foster an inclusive culture that supports student well-being and growth.
  • Lead on initiatives such as character education, life skills, and mental health awareness.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with students with autism or SEND.
  • Relevant qualifications in behaviour management, counselling, or personal development.
