Milk Education are recruiting for a SEND LSA to support children with SEMH within a supportive primary school based in Newham. The school are incredibly supportive, ensuring that staff receive regular training and opportunities for CPD.

SEND LSA Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEMH across the primary age group 
  • Running key interventions to support learning
  • Strong behaviour management.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students

SEND LSA Non-negotiables:

  • Previous experience supporting SEMH
  • Experience working within a primary aged setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEMH
