SEND Teaching Assistant- KS2

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for September! We are supporting a local school in the East Riding with their recruitment of an SEND Teaching Assistant! This role is just outside Hull so one of the East Hull Villages. This role is from September and possibly for the full academic year. This is a full time, long-term role with a daily rate of between £85-£95 per day.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting a child in KS2 with an EHCP. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and will be able to use a range of supporting children with diverse learning needs. The child has medical needs and as part of the role you will be supporting the child on a 1:1 basis with their learning.

  • Hold Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover since Secondary School with all gaps accounted for
  • Legal right to work in the UK
