SEND Teaching Assistant- Bletchley- Education and Training- SEND Teaching Assistant- Bletchley

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities or experience as a care or support worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social Communication difficulties.
  • Assisting in the implementation of tailored educational programs.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEND children or young people.
  • Background in care or support work is highly desirable.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
