Senior Account Executive PR 

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey 

Full time, Permanent  

We’re looking for a senior PR & social account executive, based at our Leatherhead office. If you have a genuine love of writing, can think on your feet, juggle a demanding workload and communicate effectively at all levels then we’re looking for you. Technical B2B PR experience would be ideal, construction experience a true bonus!

The role will predominantly involve technical writing, client and media liaison, social media management, video production, account administration and some event organisation.

Summary of Job

To play a crucial role in one of our award-winning PR account teams. Primarily, this involves writing and researching press releases, case studies and features and producing content for social media feeds, as well as day to day account administration.

Main responsibilities

  • The research, writing and distribution of press releases and case studies
  • Briefing journalists, attending journalist meetings and/or presentations
  • Selling in and writing feature articles
  • Managing clients’ social media accounts
  • Developing filming briefs and interview points and conducting interviews on film
  • Attending client meetings and preparing contact report / minutes and other client materials
  • Sourcing photographic quotes and preparation of photographic briefs
  • Attending trade exhibitions
  • Event organising
  • Participation in new business presentations
  • Providing research to inform pitches and ongoing client work
  • Attending journalist and client events outside of office hours for relationship building / networking
