Our client is renowned for delivering innovative solutions to a diverse global customer base across various industries. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking a Senior Account Growth Manager to manage a portfolio of airline clients, with a focus on client retention and revenue growth. The role can be based anywhere in the UK.
Role Profile: • Serve as the primary contact for airline accounts, ensuring exceptional client relationships. • Conduct regular meetings to uncover growth opportunities. • Build and maintain senior-level relationships, understanding clients' long-term objectives. • Lead upselling and cross-selling activities, setting best practices. • Identify and pursue new airline logo opportunities, managing the full sales process. • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client objectives. • Ensure successful contract renewals by delivering exceptional service. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and provide tailored insights. • Provide clients with tailored insights on industry trends, product updates, and best practices. • Monitor account health, prepare performance reports, and offer actionable recommendations. • Advocate for client needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions. • Stay informed about competitors and market trends, sharing intelligence within the organisation.
Person Specification: • 3+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS, managing high-value accounts specifically in the airline industry • Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and exceed revenue targets • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on consultative selling and value-based solutions • Proficient in CRM systems and account management tools; experience mentoring team members • Ability to drive strategic initiatives, influence stakeholders, and contribute to growth strategies
