Senior Account Handler

We are actively recruiting a Senior Account Handler for a global insurance leader based in Reading. 

There is a strong focus on internal promotion with success stories including the Area Manager progressing from an account handler.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a dedicated client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Proactively address and resolve client queries and concerns.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for corporate accounts.
• Provide support in sales activities, leveraging your corporate insurance expertise.

About you: 

• 2+ years insurance account handling experience
