About the Senior Account Manager Role

We are working with the leading provider of insurance premium finance and a range of annually charged services, including tax, regulatory and accountancy fees and more. The company are a multi award winning business lending more than £4.5 billion to over 2.5 million customers through a network of almost three thousand partners- and growing.

As Senior Account Manager, you will manage day to day and individual partner opportunities through diligent sales pipelining and account management. You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets of financed premiums by penetration of existing accounts and driving sales success across all partner accounts.

As Senior Account Manageryour responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Support the relationship during on-boarding of new partners through to launch, ensuring a seamless customer focussed journey
  • Taking a collaborative approach with Operations, Marketing and the wider sales team, you will ensure broker and customer requirements are constantly met
  • Meet our partner’s data requirements including the provision of MI packs, data analysis and reports
  • Identifying training needs for our Capability team to address
  • Contributing to the quarterly sales meeting
  • Use the CRM system to maintain records and track progress
