We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Account Managerwith big agency experience. You’ll have a strong agency background and be passionate about marketing communications in the charity/NFP sectors.

This agency has won new business recently and their clients are a collection of well-known brand names - the campaigns you’ll be working on here will connect with people nationwide. They want an Senior Account Managerwho can handle pressure well. They’re a thriving team to be a part of. As Senior Account Manager, you'll be working on fast-paced accounts. We’re looking for someone who is confident and a real go-getter.

We want an Senior Account Managerwho has a strong understanding of how integrated and DM campaigns are conceptualised and executed. You'll have worked at an agency that clearly shows your ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities of this Senior Account Manager:

  • To lead the strategy within accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, brief and in line with the outlined strategy.

  • Manage clients on a day-to-day basis and forge trusting relationships at the senior client level

  • To manage, develop and retain a high-performing team of Account Managers and Account Executives.

  • Ensure the team/agency is consistently producing high-quality work, and exceeding client expectations

  • Develop strong relationships with Clients at a senior level.

  • Thorough understanding of your client's organisational objectives, and are able to drive conversations around the work and process with confidence.

  • Inspire and motivate Clients (at all levels) with the work we are doing and the ethos of the agency.

Requirements of this Senior Account Manager:

  • Integrated and DM experience preferably in the public or charity sector

  • Integrated agency experience (including both on and offline)

  • For this role, the candidate must have strong experience with direct response.

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to express your views and clarity of thinking.

  • Maintain high levels of standards in project management in line with the Client Service KPIs.

  • Collaboration with and management of internal teams and stakeholders is key.

  • Good eye for creativity and attention to detail.

  • Experience working across multiple disciplines, and ability to manage several projects & clients at once.
