The Role - Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of managing client portfolios, supervising junior staff, and providing strategic financial advice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to the highest standards.

• Preparing self-assessment tax returns

• Advise and assist clients with cloud based bookkeeping software

• Mentor and develop junior members of staff

• Contributing to our community initiatives, from local events to charity support.

What We’re Looking For - Senior Accountant

• ACA (or equivalent) qualification

• Proven expertise in accounting, tax, and financial reporting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in cloud based accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar).

• A passion for community involvement and a collaborative mindset.

The Role - Semi-Senior Accountant

As a Semi-Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting client portfolios, working closely with senior staff, and developing your skills in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements to a high standard.

• Supporting the preparation of self-assessment tax returns.

• Helping clients adopt and use cloud-based bookkeeping software.

• Guiding and supporting junior team members with day-to-day tasks.

• Contributing to our community initiatives, from local events to charity support.

What We’re Looking For - Semi-Senior Accountant

• Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA (or equivalent), with at least 2 years of experience in practice.

• Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial reporting processes.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

• Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for community involvement and a willingness to learn and collaborate.
