Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their consultancy that specialises in monitoring, modelling, and noise impact assessments with projects across private and public sectors.
Senior Acoustic Consultant Requirements:
- Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
- Knowledge of a noise modelling software ideally CadnaA
- Proficient with Excel
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- AMIOA with the Institute of Acoustics (IoA)
- CSCS Card (Desirable)
Senior Acoustic Consultant Duties:
- Prepare fee proposals
- Noise modelling work using CadnaA
- Prepare and complete technical reports
- Liaise with clients regarding project requirements
- Noise data analysis, calculations, and predictions
- Environmental noise assessment and surveys
- Site visits
