Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Core working hours
 
Salary: £12 to £13 P/H
 
Start date: ASAP

Duration of assignment: This is a temporary position with no end date currently.
 
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in the Portsmouth area. Our client is going through huge growth and have as a result developed new departments to support with this.
 
As a result, they required some immediate support within a data administration position where you would support with the implementation of a new computer system and cross check data. Whilst the job is partially data entry, they will also expect someone with the ability to query/analyse data and be able to scrutinize data.

We require someone able to create and use VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables for this position.
 
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Update and maintain a bespoke system.
  • Identify and suggest areas to improve the customers journey from analysing data.
  • Report back on any data issues 
  • To upload large volumes of data onto the system 
  • Support gathering of missing data from stakeholders, comparison of input data against existing one,update based on latest correct info.
  • To create and update excel reports, VLOOKUPS and pivot tables 
  • Completing general administration
 
The ideal Administrator/Analyst will have/be:
  • Good administrative skills and experience
  • Advanced level of Word and Excel
  • Needs to have experience in VLOOKUPS and pivot tables 
  • Previous experience of analysing data would be an advantage but isn't essential
