Job Title: Senior Administrator (12-Month FTC Maternity Cover)

Based in Bury st Edmunds my client is a well established dynamic company.

Role Overview: As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office. You will provide high-level administrative support to our management team and oversee daily office activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support project management and coordinate team activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
