Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for our esteemed client, who is seeking a dynamic and professional Front of House Administrator. This pivotal role is situated at the heart of the main reception and director's suite, providing vital support across sales, marketing, administration, and event organisation. The successful candidate will report directly to the senior management team, assisting with a wide range of tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Duties:

  • Sales & Marketing Support:

    • Assist with various sales and marketing tasks and projects.
    • Coordinate marketing materials and communications.
  • Directors' Assistance:

    • Support Directors with administrative duties, bookings, and general day-to-day needs.
    • Manage and organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Event Organisation:

    • Plan and execute trade shows and events, ensuring successful outcomes.
    • Coordinate logistics and manage event details.
  • Reception Duties:

    • Meet and greet visitors, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Handle small deliveries and coordinate incoming items and people as needed.
  • Human Resources Support:

    • Assist with HR tasks as required. General knowledge of HR practices is preferred.
  • Office Management:

    • Purchase office supplies, catering, and stationery.
    • Act as the point of contact for IT support and manage basic IT setups.
    • Liaise with building support services including security, cleaners, fire safety, and first aid.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Process expenses and maintain accurate records.
    • Run errands as required, sometimes at short notice.

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience in event organisation, particularly trade shows.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Good level of technical skills, including setting up audio-visual equipment for meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with strong customer service skills.
  • General knowledge of HR practices is preferred.
  • Reliable and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
