Senior Administrator, Sevenoaks - £25-28k

As a Senior Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a busy team of fee earners and senior PAs. This fast-paced and varied position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, a passion for business involvement, and a desire for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Collaborate effectively with other PAs
  • Manage documents, diaries, and emails efficiently
  • Proactively and reactively assist fee earners
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Offer ad-hoc support as needed

Requirements: -

  • Minimum education to A Level standard
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a Senior Administrator in a corporate environment, preferably within legal
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
  • Calm and professional demeanor
