Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Salary: £90,000 - £135,000 plus EMI

Location: Remote, with client visit flexibility

An established Generative AI startup is looking to recruit a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in building LLM proof of concepts. As a key member of the team, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and products, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Break down complex challenges to drive project direction.
  • AI Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Code while leading and guiding engineering teams.
  • Technical Stewardship: Lead multiple projects with effective team leadership.
  • R&D Contribution: Enhance our technical capabilities through R&D contributions.
  • Client Communication: Engage with senior stakeholders to build strong client relationships.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in large-scale platform deployments and app builds.
  • Expertise in fine-tuning and training large language models.
  • Deep knowledge of AI models, focusing on cost optimisation and evaluation.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; capable of independent problem-solving.
  • 5+ years developing enterprise software solutions.
