Senior Air Quality Consultant

My client is a leading acoustic and vibration consultancy company based in the United Kingdom. They have won several awards and are proud to be an employee-owned enterprise. My client's main services are across the airports, construction, environmental, schools, and building acoustics sectors.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Air Quality, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Chemistry, or a related field
• Membership or eligibility for membership with the Institute of Air Quality Management (IAQM) or related professional organisation
• Possession of a valid driving licence for site visits and field work
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Compiling comprehensive air quality reports to support environmental permitting and planning applications
• Contributing to the development of proposals for air quality management and monitoring projects
• Performing initial site assessments and stakeholder consultations to evaluate potential environmental impacts
• Providing mentorship and on-site supervision for junior staff as necessary
• Utilising dispersion modelling software to conduct air quality assessments and impact analyses
