Summary of the role:

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Diligenta as a Senior Analyst to join our Governance and Control Team in Customer Services. In this role you'll be responsible for proposing, supporting and testing the design of effective business controls to mitigate operational risks and testing the effectiveness of controls. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of junior analysts as well as identifying and communicating any issues to the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a team of Risk and Control Analysts.
  • Be responsible for providing top-notch business analysis services, identifying, and communicating any issues to the business.
  • Proposing, supporting, and testing the design of effective business controls to mitigate operational risks
  • Testing the effectiveness of controls.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in risk and controls, preferably within financial services.
  • Can confidently provide reliable advice and guidance to operational management.
  • Possess strong people management experience.
