Position: Senior Architect
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Relocation Considered)
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + Annual Bonus

Role Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on projects in Dublin and possess expertise in designing and managing healthcare building projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect with a recognized professional body.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Demonstrable experience with projects in Dublin.
• Expertise in designing healthcare buildings.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Dublin if not currently based here.
