Senior Architect

Location: London

Salary Expectation: £43000-£50000

My client is searching for an experienced and ambitious Senior Architect with creative design flare to join a friendly and knowledgeable team in central London. The RIBA chartered practice has over 100 members of staff across the UK and pride themselves on completing exceptional designs across the Commercial, Heritage and Residential sectors. The practice has a strong repeat client base and ensures they always provide amazing customer service and innovative, client-led designs.

The successful Senior Architect will have significant UK-based, post Part 3 qualification experience and will have ideally worked on bespoke residential projects. You will be confident delivering projects through all RIBA stages and should have excellent problem-solving skills. ArchiCAD knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Significant UK based experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Brilliant technical detailing skills
  • Experience working through all RIBA stages
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Able to look after the financials of projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High end residential experience is favourable
  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD is beneficial
