Senior Architect

Location: Northampton

Salary: £40000-£45000 (dependent on experience)

A well-established architectural practice is seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior Architect to join their vibrant team in Northampton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and leisure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring that designs meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards. You will have significant experience post qualification and creative design flare.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Exceptional design, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, leadership and team management abilities
  • Create high-quality design and technical drawings
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure a successful project outcome
  • Manage and lead architectural projects through all stages, from concept design to final delivery
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Northampton
  • Revit proficiency is essential
