Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Manchester

Salary: £36-£45,000 (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Senior Architectural Technician with strong technical abilities to join a vibrant team in Manchester. The award-winning practice works across the Retail, Residential, Leisure and Commercial sectors and has an excellent reputation across the UK, which is proven by their numerous repeat clients.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience and exceptional technical skills. You will be a confident job runner and will be comfortable leading a small team. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post qualification experience
  • CIAT accredited or working towards
  • Retail experience is beneficial
  • Manage and support a team
  • Create excellent technical designs
  • Positive and driven approach to work
  • Able to manage deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Able to run projects from start to completion
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Manchester
