We are looking for a motivated and passionate Senior Architectural Technician with strong technical abilities to join a vibrant team in Manchester. The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience and exceptional technical skills. You will be a confident job runner and will be comfortable leading a small team. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience
- CIAT accredited or working towards
- Retail experience is beneficial
- Manage and support a team
- Create excellent technical designs
- Positive and driven approach to work
- Able to manage deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Able to run projects from start to completion
- Proficient in Revit
- Must live within a commutable distance of Manchester
