Senior Architectural Technologist

They are an established multi disciplinary company with a big architectural presence who have 7 locations across the UK. Client are given a dedicated service which offers architecture, Interior Design, Project Management , Urban Design and Building services engineering.

As the projects continue to arrive across sport /leisure, commercial and hospitality they are looking to bring in a 'project running' technologist. You will be able to mange a fast moving portfolio from feasibility stage onwards working with the Senior Architect and external consultants.

We would like to hear from candidates with a minimum of 5 years UK experience who can produce accurate tender and construction packages. You will have a thorough understanding of the building regulations and be comfortable and confident in areas of responsibility.
