Location: North Sheffield

Salary: £38000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a Senior Architectural technologist looking for new opportunities in North Sheffield?

I am searching for an enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist with a keen eye for detail to join a well-established practice in North Sheffield. The friendly and knowledgeable team provides creative and sustainable design solutions across the residential, retail and commercial sectors. The multidisciplinary practice assists clients through all RIBA stages and always aim to exceed client expectations.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant UK-based experience and should be confident working through all RIBA stages whilst liaising with clients, contractors and the wider team. You should have some residential experience and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant UK-based experience post qualification
  • Residential experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Confident leading a small team
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Liaise will clients, contractors and the wider team
  • Revit proficiency is essential
