Senior Architectural Technologist

A 'long running' architectural and engineering consultancy who have an excellent client base across their three locations are enjoying another 'serge; in workload. The Cardiff location have a mix of private and public sector projects that have gone through planning and they are keen to bring in a Senior Tech.

You will initially be running social housing or commercial schemes from stage 4 through to handover. This role will see you coordinating work and managing the external consultants along with resolving any matters 'on site'.

This exciting opportunity needs competent project runners who are 'well versed' with REVIT and have a good understanding of how various building types will stand. You have strong technical design skills and be confident in overseeing all 'quality matters' at construction stage.
