Senior or Associate Director, Building Surveying

Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Permanent

Salary up to £65,000 base + bonus

We are working with a growing regional practice who are looking to bring on board an experienced Building Surveyor at either a Senior or Associate level and would welcome chatting to Surveyors in the Sheffield and surrounding areas who are perhaps considering a move.

This is not only a great business with a strong client base, but can also offer a supportive structure, with no fee earning KPIs for you to concern yourself with. The business is very much set up as a team effort and that pressure isn't pushed on to individuals. They are already able to predict another strong year and will be ahead of their expected annual target.

Preference will be towards Chartered Surveyors however they are open to discussions with those who perhaps haven't taken that route.

Sectors covered include education and commercial, across the Yorkshire region.

General tasks will involve feasibility studies, dilap assessments, contract admin and putting together condition surveys.

If you are looking to work for a professional and friendly company in the Sheffield area this could be one for you.

Services advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.
We will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview. For a copy of our privacy policy please visit our website.
