This position is ideal for a solicitor with demonstrated expertise, a commitment to exceptional client care, and a track record of strong billing. While prior experience as a Head of Department is advantageous, it is not essential.

Type of work
The role will replace an existing Lawyers caseload of mainly Civil Litigation with some more limited Commercial Litigation work.
The current caseload is split as follows:
- Contested probate claims (70%)
- TOLATA claims (10%)
- Other commercial and civil litigation, including professional negligence and construction disputes (20%)
